All Tressence extensions begin with single-donor raw virgin human hair. Choose Natural Color to work from the original, uncolored base, or choose a blonde shade that we have already professionally pre-lightened for you.
The difference is the starting point for your look. Natural Color gives your colorist an uncolored base for custom work. Our #60, #1001 and #1001A shades bring that starting hair into a lighter finished color before it reaches you.
What single-donor raw virgin means here
Each bundle comes from one donor and is kept separate, with no mixed donors within the bundle. That is our single-donor standard for the starting hair in the collection.
Raw virgin describes the original, uncolored base before we create a pre-lightened shade. Once the hair has been professionally lightened, the finished blonde has been color-processed, even though it began as raw virgin hair. Donor origin and finished color describe different parts of the product.
Why ponytail collection matters
The hair is kept together in a tied braid or ponytail at collection, before cutting. Keeping the bundle together helps preserve its root-to-tip direction instead of mixing loose strands in different directions.
That is the meaning of ponytail-collected, cuticle-aligned hair. It describes how human hair is collected and kept in order. The bundle stays together from collection through preparation.
How this differs from a processed finished shade
Processed hair is a broad category. Hair may have been colored, lightened or styled before sale. The useful question is what treatment the actual hair has received, rather than assuming every product with the same label is identical.
Our Natural Color remains the uncolored raw virgin option. Our blondes start with the same single-donor raw virgin base, and we professionally pre-lighten them into the selected shade. We professionally pre-lighten the same quality raw virgin starting hair, so your color work starts closer to the blonde you want.
Why color history matters when going blonde
Ponytail collection preserves the direction of the hair; raw virgin describes its uncolored starting condition. Our Natural Color gives your colorist that original starting point for lifting toward very light blonde. Hair that has already been dyed or lightened brings a different color history into the service. Artificial pigment, previous lightening and the condition of the actual hair affect the plan, so a label such as human hair alone cannot tell you how pale a particular bundle will go.
How light can Natural Color go?
Natural Color can be professionally lightened to a very light blonde base, then toned for a platinum-style finish or customized with color. For a very pale blonde or platinum goal, ask your colorist about a Level 10, pale-yellow lightened base followed by toning. Level describes lightness; the toner shapes a cool, neutral or creamy finish. Our supplier shade codes are color choices, not universal salon level numbers.
Bring your colorist a clear target and use #60, #1001 or #1001A as a shade reference. A pale-yellow lightened base and a finished cool or neutral platinum are different stages; the toner helps shape the final tone. Start with a strand test and judge the dried result before coloring the full set.
Start lighter when you want the blonde work done
Choose #60, #1001 or #1001A when you want a professionally pre-lightened starting point. Your colorist can then plan toning or custom color around the actual shade you selected.
The three codes are separate colors, even when their prices match. Compare the labeled reference and keep the exact code in your order. Our supplier charts show additional colors, but the collection offers only the four shades listed in the selector.
#1001 and #1001A: choose the undertone
Our #1001 Pale Blonde has a creamier, more neutral appearance. #1001A Ash Blonde is cooler and ashier, with a soft gray undertone. Both are professionally pre-lightened shades made from single-donor raw virgin hair. Choose by undertone and the labeled reference, rather than assuming that ashier means lighter. Compare the original labeled samples.
Strength, style and lasting wear
We select our hair for premium strength, natural movement and long-lasting wear with proper care. Wear it straight, create soft waves or make a custom color part of the look. Choose the installation that fits your style, then care for the lengths and attachments together.
Gentle detangling, conditioning and thoughtful heat and color work help preserve the hair over time. Good hair gives you a strong starting point; good care keeps the finished look at its best.
Choose your format, shade and length
The collection includes Machine Weft, Genius Weft, Nano Tip and Flat Tip, all in Straight lengths from 14 to 26 inches. Machine Weft is 100g per pack, Genius Weft is 50g, and Nano Tip and Flat Tip each contain 100 strands at 1g per strand.
Choose Natural Color for the original base, or let our pre-lightened blondes give you a lighter start. Then make the color, placement and finish your own.
