Tressence Hair Return and Exchange Policy

At Tressence Hair, we uphold the highest standards of quality assurance to ensure our customers receive the best possible product experience. All of our wigs are carefully inspected and professionally packaged to guarantee your satisfaction. Each order undergoes thorough checks before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards.

That said, we understand that certain situations may require a return or exchange. Below is Tressence Hair’s return and exchange policy.


Return Policy

  1. Ready to Ship Collection Returns

    • Return Period: We accept returns within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Return requests made after 7 calendar days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
    • Return Requirements:
      • Products must remain in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and with all original packaging.
      • Ties and tags must be intact. Items returned without ties or tags will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be issued.
      • Bundled items cannot be split and returned individually.
    • Return Process:

      • Our team will provide you with a prepaid UPS or USPS label to return the items to our office in Virginia. Please note that Tressence Hair boutiques cannot process returns for online or phone orders, and the company office cannot process boutique returns.
      • Include all items you wish to return along with the original invoice in the return package.
  2. Refund Processing:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, if the items are unused and meet the return policy requirements, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
    • Refund Timing: Refunds will be credited within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Used or altered products (including but not limited to cutting, brushing, combing, dyeing, curling, washing, removing ties or tags).
    • Products with chemical treatments (such as dye, glue, tape, or sprays).
    • Products that are damaged or torn (e.g., wig bases with tears or stitching damage).

Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange Period: We offer a 7-calendar-day exchange policy for product defects, starting from the delivery date.

  2. Exchange Requirements:

    • Products must remain in their original, unused condition.
    • Items that have been altered, chemically treated, or had tags removed will not be eligible for exchange.

Wig Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Standard Wig Returns and Exchanges:

    • Refund or exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
    • Wigs must remain new and unused, with all original tags and packaging, and must include the original receipt.
    • The following conditions are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
      • Lace or any part of the wig is cut.
      • Use of any styling tools (e.g., blow dryers or flat irons).
      • Application of hair products, perfumes, glue, or any other chemicals.
      • Damage to the wig base (e.g., tears or needle damage from sewing).
  2. Custom Wig Returns and Exchanges:

    • Custom wig return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.
    • Custom wigs are only eligible for store credit, and the wig must remain in its original condition with the tag attached.
    • Custom wigs must be received within 14 calendar days of the return request.
